clean room kind staff terrace view luggage stairs no elevator rooftop access
the room was clean and nice. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace had good views. The hotel is located in an interesting part of town.
i HAD to carry my luggage up the stairs. There was no elevator for customers or luggage! I had to climb all the floors to get to the rooftop.

The location proved amazing. It was close to Rossio Square. The rooftop bar and breakfast area had fine views. The breakfast selection was diverse and satisfying, and the room was spacious and well-kept. I enjoyed the convenience and local feel of this spot.
I noticed noise from nearby establishments early in the morning. It affected the peacefulness of the stay.

charming stay
spacious room big bathroom rooftop terrace
the room was very spatious with a big bathroom. there is also a wardrobe near the entrance for coats and shoes. the rooftop terrace had an amazing view where i had dinner with very quality service and food.
there were lots of stairs, i wish i knew about this beforehand. carrying luggage was hard. there's a lift though, but i realised it too late.

location was just perfect, everything was close. the main square was just steps away from the hotel. several restaurants and shops are easily accessible from here.
